The beautiful ruffled leaves of this mustard provide great loft and texture, and a nice but not overpowering spicy kick livens up salad mixes. Dark red on top with mottled red/green closer to the stem and on under side. Good frost hardiness. Serrated leaves show less flea beetle damage than wider leaved varieties. 21 days to baby leaf, 40 days to maturity.
