Sabotka Shallot

Sabotka is a round Jersey Shallot with a dark rose and copper skin, and thick layers of greyish purple flesh. Excellent flavour with mild spice and long storage time. Our one-of-a-kind variety is an off-type of Zebrune shallot and looks like a large Cipollini onion.
