After 10 years of growing out this cross, I selected all gold variants in 2025 to produce seeds in 2026. This is the beginning of a new selection that I hope will see gold at the end of the rainbow. You can expect a diversity of gold, from solid gold, to light gold, to striped gold. I will continue to select for good germinating deep gold beets, and welcome you to try this early breeding selection out and support farmer bred vegetable varieties.

Growing instructions

Direct sow 4 weeks after last frost to mid summer.
