Korean Licorice

Agastache rugosa

This is a beautiful perennial with showy dark green foliage and very striking sweet-scented spikes of purple flowers. Highly attractive to pollinators, the aromatic leaves and flowers have a delightful sweet licorice flavour and are delicious in herbal teas.
