These hot peppers are more about flavour than heat. With horn-shaped fruits that are crunchy, thick walled and sweet with only a mild spiciness at 500-1,000 SHUs. They grow well without complaining even outside in our mild coastal summers. Plants are heavy set with fruits 6" to 8" long.
Stuff them, fry them, slice them onto a sandwich, or our favourite: pickle them into hot sauce! Yes, this is the main ingredient for our famous hot sauce!
