This is a fast-growing Asian green that excels in stir frys, or can be made into kimchi. Very similar to Bok Choy, but more of an open growth habit. Best grown in the spring and fall, will tend to bolt in the summer heat unless harvested small. We grow this in beds spaced 1'x 1' apart, and it will outpace the weeds. A real winner at the Farmer's Market!
