Brassica napus

Rutabagas are on our list of "must grow" crops as a winter time staple. Easy to grow, stores well into spring, and is delicious. The greens are edible as well, similar to kale, but requiring more cooking. Nadmorska has a cream-coloured interior and a light, almost emerald-green top.
