Cobra pole beans are a French filet type climbing bean. Vigourous and great for fresh bean production. They are green, straight, round and stringless and are the most tender and sweet bean that we have tried! We pick and bunch them at 6-8 inches in size and get rave reviews for them from our market customers. The flavour and crunch will keep you coming back for more. High yielding. One of my go-to snacks while walking around the farm! 7-9ft tall plants.

Growing instructions:

Direct seed 5cm (2") deep, 5-8cm (2-3") apart as soon as soil is warm, in rows 45cm (18") apart. Thin to 15cm (6") apart. 8-16 days to germination. For dried beans, stop watering when the pods first start to dry. Harvest when all pods are dry, then store in a dry place with good airflow out of direct sunlight to dry completely before shelling.
