Tender semi-heading looseleaf variety with light to bright green crinkled leaves blushing to red at their tips. Does the name refer to the flush of pink in one's cheeks when drinking? Who knows but we do know this large and sweet lettuce that is very slow to bolt. Excellent for cutting and come again.

Growing Instructions: Start in trays, seeding 5mm deep. Transplant 30-45cm apart for heads, closer for looseleaf, or direct-seed more densely in rows for baby greens. Sow April through August. stagger plantings for a continuous supply of lettuce. 7-15 days to germination.
