Padron Pepper CO
Padrons are a Spanish heirloom frying pepper. Typically this pepper is picked green, sauteed whole with oil and salt and eaten using the stem as a handle. 1 in 10 of the green peppers will be spicy, so eating them is a fun game. When the peppers ripen to red they have a sweet fruity flavor and are almost all spicy. These are a fast growing and easy to grow pepper.
