Description: A newer variety for us to grow-- we chose it for its hot and spicy, large size cloves. It has a high allicin content when eaten raw. It's pungent flavour is coupled with a strong sweet and nutty flavour that lingers on the palate.

Use: Use this spicy garlic in stir-fries, curries and anything you want to have a strong garlic flavour. High allicin content is often used in herbal remedies to fend off viruses.

Flavour: Strongest hot and long lasting flavour.

Grow: This group of garlic is a relatively easy garlic to grow with bigger bulbs.
