Slo-Bolt

Coriandum sativum

Slo-Bolt is a Cilantro variety that is longer standing and slower to bolt! Growing to 2-2.5 feet tall, the fresh leaves are an important ingredient in Mexican and Chinese cuisine, and a refreshing way to liven up a salad. Once the plants have bolted, wait till the seeds have formed and dried on the plant, then harvest as Coriander.

Growing Instructions

Direct sow March or August. Germination: 7-14 days. Sow seeds 1cm deep, 8cm apart in row and 15cm apart. Grow in full sun or bright shade. 

For best results sow directly into the ground in early spring or late summer as plants really thrives during the cooler months of Spring and Autumn.
