Helianthus annus

Titan lives up to its name as a giant in the garden. Most plants get to over 12 feet tall and form large heads filled with grey & white seed. Plants do not require staking. Bees are very attracted to the large flowers. Once the pollinated heads begin to turn downwards and the back of the seed head turns yellow, the seeds are ready to harvest.
