Grows to 3 feet, with characteristic 6-row, awned, black seed heads. Early producer of black, hulled barley grains. Virtually zero lodging and easy to thresh.
Growing instructions:
Direct sow in early spring to mid/late summer. Plant in well drained soil 2-4cm deep, in full sun or partial shade. For grain harvest, plant in spring only.
