Garlic

Allium tuberosum

Clumping herbaceous hardy perennial native to China . Grows up to 24 inches tall, with beautiful white flower heads which bees adore. Grows like Chives but tastes like Garlic, with flatter and broader leaves than regular Chives! Great as a garnish, in soups, salads, dressings, stir-fry, and sandwiches. Sow the seeds in spring or summer, sprinkling on the soil surface tamp securely and keep warm and evenly moist until germination.
