Heavenly Mix

A blend of mizuna, tatsoi and a variety of green and purple mustards. Find spicy and tender serrated, frilled, and lobed leaves to toss in your salads and stir-frys. Grow in closely spaced rows to cut for baby leaf salads, or thin the plants and allow them to mature big leaves for an attractive and colourful braising mix!

21 days to baby leaf ~35-40 days to maturity.

Growing instructions

Direct sow in early spring, or throughout growing season for baby leaves. Seed in rows and harvest 2-5cm from the ground to allow greens to grow back. Plant in full sun or part shade, germinating in 5-10 days. Sow 3-4 seeds in each spot, and thin to strongest plant. Ideal soil ph of 6.0-6.5.
