Our "Standard" shipping option is sent out via regular mail. It's lower cost, but takes longer (3 to 12 business days from ship date) and doesn't include tracking. Choose "Expedited" for parcel tracking, $100 in insurance, and faster delivery (2-10 business days from ship date).
A string less blue (purple) pole bean with fleshy 9” beans. Vigorous plants need tall trellis, keep them picked for harvests that last all summer. 70 days to maturity.
Growing instructions:
Direct seed 5cm (2") deep, 5-8cm (2-3") apart as soon as soil is warm, in rows 45cm (18") apart. Thin to 15cm (6") apart. 8-16 days to germination. For dried beans, stop watering when the pods first start to dry. Harvest when all pods are dry, then store in a dry place with good airflow out of direct sunlight to dry completely before shelling.
