Uniform 2-3 pound Japanese winter squash with dark green skin and bright orange flesh. This beauty keeps well into January and February. Fruits have excellent flavour and flaky texture. Could be used in tempura or soups that require a meaty and delicious squash, and even substituted for sweet potato.
