Helianthus annuus

The classic sunflower! 5 to 7 foot stalks with 8" to 12" wide heads. A great addition to the garden or farm with its long flower time.

Growing instructions

Direct sow in in early spring. Sow 1cm deep and sow twice as many seeds as you need. Thin to 30cm apart and 60cm apart for large varieties. Prefers well drained soil and full sun.
