Dragon's Fire

Dragon's Fire is a beautiful salad green with small to medium sized leaves. The leaves have good stature in the field and enough loft to fill out a salad. It can be cut multiple times as a baby green or left to mature size and harvested leaf by leaf. Dragon's Fire is more closely related to wild arugulas and has a peppery bite to its flavour.

A note about germination rates for wild seeds

Our wild seeds are not germination tested, as both germination rates and time to germination can vary significantly compared to commercial seed varieties. Many wild seeds require specific pre-treatments—such as cold stratification, exposure to light, or temperature fluctuations—to successfully germinate.

Additionally, many wild perennial plants may take several years to mature and begin flowering.
