Eruca sativa

Dragon's Fire is a beautiful salad green with small to medium sized leaves. The leaves have good stature in the field and enough loft to fill out a salad. It can be cut multiple times as a baby green or left to mature size and harvested leaf by leaf. Dragon's Fire is more closely related to wild arugulas and has a peppery bite to its flavour.
