Esmee is a beautiful oakleaf type arugula, that packs the same great flavor for salads as a standard type. Very easy to grow and quick to germinate, it produces thick stands that make for easy cutting.

Growing instructions:

Direct sow outdoors in early-mid spring. Prefers full sun or partial shade in well drained soil and an ideal pH of 6.5-7.0. Sow 5mm deep and thin seedlings to 10-15cm apart in row and 45-60cm apart. Plant every 2 weeks for continuous harvest. Use row covers immediately after seeding to discourage flea beetles. Will germinate in 4-8 days.
