Pismus sativum

Excellent shelling variety that produces pods with 10 peas each. Sweet tasting and ideal for coastal growing. Seed as early as the soil can be worked in the spring, or July to mid-Aug. for a fall crop.

Growing instructions

Seed 2cm (.75") deep, a little deeper if planting in summer, 2-7cm (.75" - 3") apart in their row. 7-14 days to germinate, 70 days to maturity
