This amazing root easily overwinters in the garden and can be eaten all winter long until it starts to bolt in the spring. A tasty parsnip with great texture and a wonderfully nutty flavour. 110 days to maturity.

Growing instructions

Direct sow outdoors from last frost to mid summer. Germination: 14- 21 days. Sow seeds 1cm deep, thin to 7-10cm apart in row and 45-60cm apart. Prefers loose soil.
