From soft deep green leaves rise strong straight stems covered in magical star shaped chartreuse green blooms. This flowering tobacco is most strongly scented from dusk to until first light, attracting hawkmoths at night as well as hummingbirds and other pollinators during the day. An excellent long lasting cut flower with unopened buds continuing to open in the vase. The unique green flowers accent other summer blooms well. Stunning as a mass planting especially somewhere it can be enjoyed in the evening. Transplant out after last frost, will bloom all summer until first frost.

Growing instructions

Direct sow in spring, pressing into the surface of the soil. Keep the soil lightly moist until germination, which usually occurs within 10-20 days. Or start indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost of spring. Keep seedlings moist until they become established.
