Annual Herb. Nutritious tender leaves. It is slow to bolt and gives multiple harvests, but we still use successional sowing to have it all season long. Cilantro has a robust tap root that improves the soil, and prolific flowers for the bees when left to go to seed. Leaf to flower to seed, edible at all stages! Cilantro is a great benefit to any garden regardless of how you feel about the flavor.

Growing instructions

Direct sow March-August. Germination: 7-14 days. Sow seeds 1cm deep, 8cm apart in row and 15cm apart. Grow in full sun or bright shade.
