When to Plant: 4 to 6 weeks before soil freezes. In warmer regions, planting ranges from late September/early October until the last week of November.

Season: Mid-Season

Description: The tried and true variety for BC whether on the coast, in the interior, or up north. Large cloves give your plants a boost of energy in the spring and will save you time in the kitchen. A great choice for beginner and veteran gardeners alike. 
These bulbs are acclimated to cold winters and hot summers in Pemberton, BC.

Use: Apply liberally to all manner of dishes, and save your best cloves to replant next year.
