Tango Cosmos produces copious amounts of orange and orange-red flowers that can be used fresh or dried for fabric dying. The flowers are also great for attracting pollinators and you can watch the bees hang out in them all day! Cosmos are easy to grow and do well in most soil types. Transplants well.
Growing Instructions
Direct sow after last frost, and repeat every two weeks for extended blooms. Depth: ⅛” Spacing: 8-12”. Germination: 3-10 days. Grows to 4’, can benefit from staking. Full sun, well-drained soil, deadhead regularly. Readily self-seeds.
