Seed potatoes will begin shipping in February 2026 to the South Coast & Gulf Island. They will ship later in March for the east and north of Canada. All shipping will be done via Canada Post Expedited Shipping.

The gold standard for taste! Yellow-skinned, rich yellow flesh, smooth and oblong. Sometimes called German Butter. So tasty and buttery! Boiled and pan-fried or roasted, excellent in a salad or soup.

We plant in May and start harvesting in late July. We store unwashed though the winter, washing as needed for market well into the spring.

Potatoes are hardy. They grow well in a huge variety of conditions. Start by plunking them in the ground and covering them with dirt. The trick is to get them out of the ground before bad things happen.
